Can I place an order from outside the USA?

At this time, we cannot process orders from customers outside the United States or Canada, with the exception of the following Caribbean territories:


Anguilla, Antigua, Aruba, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bonaire, Cayman Islands, Curacao, Dominican Republic, Grenada Grenadines, Guadaloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Nevis, Saba, St. Barts, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Martin (French and Dutch sides), St. Vincent, Suriname, The Bahamas, Tobago, Tortola, Trinidad, Turks & Caicos, USVI: St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. Johns.

How do I calculate shipping and handling for my order?

Life is good offers everyday FREE shipping on all standard packages (US addresses only.)

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Life is good accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s.

What if the product(s) I've ordered run out of stock or are put on backorder?

If an item is out of stock on our website, our inventory system should prevent you from being able to order it. Yet, at times, items sell very quickly and we may be unable to fill the request. If this happens, you will be notified via telephone or email (depending on what contact information you have provided). We can hold your order in full until the item becomes available, we can make a substitution for the unavailable item, or we can refund the item and ship any remaining items on the order. You will be contacted as soon as we are aware of the inventory discrepancy, within 48 hours of the time the order is placed.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at 1-888-339-2987 for assistance.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We do offer gift boxes. At the current time, we are only able to provide gift boxes for complete orders. We cannot individually package items within an order in gift boxes. We also offer complimentary gift cards.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Processing time is dependent on overall order volume.


Life is good® ships UPS. Options include ground, three-day, two-day and next day shipping.

How can I search for products at Lifeisgood.com?

If you know what you are specifically looking for, you can search the site by keyword (i.e. “luggage tag” or “jacket”). If you’d like to see all the products depicting a certain theme (i.e. music related items), use the “Search by Interest” menu. Both search options are located in the top right corner of the website.

How accurate are the colors shown online?

The colors depicted on the Lifeisgood.com are a close depiction of our colors but may not be an exact rendition. Each individual’s color monitor may interpret the colors differently. We use industry “best practice” methods to try and ensure that the colors display well across many monitors. When you view the details of a product, there is a link to “see more views.” This may help provide you with a better indication of color.

I’m looking for a Life is good product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?

At Life is good®, we like to keep our collection fresh, exciting, and in tune with the seasons. The dynamic nature of our product selection means that, sometimes, specific items can be tough to locate. Lifeisgood.com reflects the most up-to-date availability of our products. If you do not see a product on our website, it is not available through us at the current time.


If you saw an item in a store that you cannot locate on our website, it may be a special design exclusive to that store or region. Or, it could be a design that’s since been retired. Our new collections, holiday selections and special offers feature never before seen graphics, as well as old favorites. So, keep an eye out, and the item you have been searching for may pop up when you least expect!

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, you are unable to order that item at the current time. Lifeisgood.com provides you with our most up-to-date information on product availability. If and when the item is available again, the “out of stock” notation will disappear, and you will be able to enter the item into an order. Our inventory is constantly updating, thus an item can potentially come back into stock at any moment. Please call customer service at 888-339-2987 for more details on a given product.

How do I care for my Life is good products?

Crusher Tees:
Our crusher tees are dyed with special pigments to create a vintage look, then washed for exceptional softness. Each garment varies slightly from its mates. Please launder separately before wearing to avoid dye transfer. Wash cold, and tumble dry low. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not use stain remover. Iron on low, do not iron print.


Creamy Tees:
Machine wash cold with like colors only. Non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry on low. Use a warm iron if needed.


Hand wash in cold water with any type of mild detergent. Lay out to dry (do not tumble dry).


All other products:
If you do not see a care tag attached to the product, please call customer service with questions.

How do I remove a stain from a Lifeisgood® t-shirt?

Our shirts cannot be pre-treated with any type of stain remover or bleach. You may try using Dawn liquid detergent directly on the stain. Many of our customers have successfully removed stains using this method, but the nature of the stain is a factor.


Do not rub or scrub the stain with detergent, as this may lift the pigment from the shirt and leave you with a faded spot. Instead, let the stain soak in concentrated Dawn for several minutes before washing as normal. Repeat if necessary.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Simply fill out the packing slip that came with your order and send it back to us. We will do the rest. If you have any questions please call our Customer Care team at 1-888-339-2987.

Life is good stands behind the quality of everything we sell and we truly hope you enjoy our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the easy steps below.

All returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase. Life is good does not refund items without a receipt.


  • Returns and exchange requests accepted within 60 days of purchase.
  • Life is good.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is in salable condition (unworn, unwashed & with hangtags attached).
  • No refunds will be given without a receipt.
  • When we receive your returned merchandise, we will refund you the original method of payment.

Easy steps to send in by mail:

  • Fill out the returns and exchange form on the back portion of your packing slip and indicate what you are returning. Please indicate if this was a gift.
  • If you do not have your packing slip, please use our printable form.  To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form. To access your order number, simply go to www.lifeisgood.com. Sign in and then click on Order History.
  • Tear form along the perforation and be sure to include it in your package.
  • For your convenience, we have supplied a postage paid return label in with your original order.
  • If you do not have the mailing label from the original packing slip please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, Life is good® cannot guarantee delivery of your package. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.
