At Life is good , we're on a mission to spread optimism globally. And nowhere is that optimism more contagious than at Life is good Festivals. Life is good Festivals rally good people around a great cause. These free, homegrown, inspiring events spread good vibes by bringing communities together for good old-fashioned outdoor fun. You just can't sit still at a Life is good Festival. We play on the green grass all day long, with dozens of games and activities for all ages, from seed spitting and sack races to tug o' war, parachute play, and every ball game imaginable. We kick back too, taking in sweet live tunes from nationally-known musicians and enjoying great backyard food to fuel the fun.

It's fun for a larger purpose. A growing number of our nation's most vulnerable children need our help. We find creative ways to make a positive difference, raising funds on our morning Good Walk for Kids before each festival and through the sales of fundraising tee shirts nationwide. With the help of thousands of volunteers, the generosity of big-hearted communities coast to coast, and great support from our corporate partners, we've raised over $3.6 million to date for the Life is good Kids Foundation, supporting exceptional charities that help our most vulnerable children.

Since 2003, over 375,000 people have attended Life is good Festivals.
Take a look at highlights from one of last year's big festivals and you'll see why.

2009 Festival Locations

San Francisco Life is good Festival, May 16th, Golden Gate Park

What a day to remember in beautiful Golden Gate Park! Our first major West Coast festival was a big success. The all-day fun fest featured a fundraising walk in the park, games and activities galore, and great tunes from ALO, Martin Sexton, and The Sippy Cups. Looks like we've found ourselves a good vibes location for years to come! Funds raised will help Project Joy support the Bay Area's most vulnerable children. Click here for more event info.

Boston Life is good Festival, June 20th, Boston Common

Big thanks to the thousands of optimists who helped us kick off summer with a good time bash in our own backyard — Boston Common. We walked, bounced, kicked, threw, swung, pitched, painted, tossed, spit (seeds, that is) and played all day on the nation's oldest public park. We danced too, to amazing tunes from SteveSongs, Brett Dennen, and The Blind Boys of Alabama. Big-hearted Bostonians helped us raise much-needed funds (we're still counting!) that will help nonprofit Project Joy expand its work with our most vulnerable children. Toronto Life is good Festival, June 20th, Coronation Park Toronto

The Little Brand That Could takes its festival train to Toronto, Canada in 2009 for our first major Life is good Festival outside of the United States! Join the fun in this picturesque park and help us raise funds for the Children's Wish Foundation, fulfilling the wishes of critically ill children throughout Canada. Look for further updates in the coming months.

St. Charles Life is good Festival, October 17th, Frontier Park

We're back for a second big year in St. Charles, a jewel of a community just a stone's throw from St. Louis, on the banks of the Missouri River. Our waterfront park will be overflowing with good vibes and good times for all ages. Look for further updates in the coming months.
