When can I begin fundraising to become a V.G.P.?
-If you are a ticket holder for the Life is good Festival you can begin fundraising now.
-If you are not a ticket holder but would like to start fundraising for The Life is good Kids Foundation purchase your tickets for the Life is good Festival today!
-If you are not a ticket holder and will not be attending the Life is good Festival we will have a special "virtual ticket holder" program that will begin in the following weeks. Please watch the website for more details coming soon.
How do I become a V.G.P.?
You must first purchase a ticket to the festival (on sale 6/17) in order to start fundraising to become a V.G.P. You must raise a minimum of $250 to become a V.G.P.
How much money do I have to raise in order to be a V.G.P.?
You must raise a minimum of $250. All V.G.P.'s must raise this amount as an individual. You may not raise this amount with a group.
V.G.P. (Very Good Person) access is for the fundraiser ONLY. If you want your ticket-holding friends to join you they must also become fundraisers.
* Please note the V.G.P. area will be a hospitality lounge geared towards adults. Please keep in mind that alcohol will be served. Children 12 and under may enter the V.G.P. area ONLY with their immediate guardian or parent that has raised the minimum $250 individually. Anyone over the age 12 must have raised the minimum fundraising level to enter the area.
If I can't attend, can I give my V.G.P. pass to someone else?
No, all V.G.P. passes are not transferable.
Is my ticket fee counted towards my minimum donation?
No, the ticket fee does not count towards the fundraising minimum.
Can my donors get tax receipts?
Online donors will receive an e-mail confirming their gift and will also be directed to a printable confirmation page when their donation is complete. As required by the IRS, anyone making a single donation of $250 or more by check will receive a hard-copy receipt directly from the Life is good Kids Foundation.
Will my donors be contacted by Life is good or anyone else?
Life is good will not sell or share donor names and contact information. Donors may occasionally receive information from The Life is good Company about how their donations are being used for The Life is good Kids Foundation. Donors will always have the opportunity to "opt out" of any and all communications.
