Thousands Enjoy Life is good Pumpkin Festivals Across Seven States
Bright orange gourds spread from sea to shining sea on Saturday, October 20th, as eleven communities in seven different states enjoyed Life is good Pumpkin Festivals.

Hearty thanks go out to Newland Communities, the nation's largest community developer, for generously partnering with Life is good to bring these spectacular festival fundraisers to wonderful locations nationwide. And these big-hearted communities came through in flying colors of orange: thousands of pumpkins were carved and lit, and thousands of children's lives will be touched as a result of the money raised and donated to kids in need.

The national beneficiary of these 2007 Life is good Pumpkin Festivals is HomeAid, a leading provider of housing for today's temporarily homeless. In addition, each of the communities holding festivals selected a local charity serving children in need to benefit from the event.

Our thanks go out to more than 1,100 heroic volunteers, the generous folks who attended the Festivals or bought a Pumpkin tee to help the cause, our supportive sponsors, and all the fine communities who joined hands with Jake this year. Together you've made a HUGE difference in the lives of countless children across the country.
