Tracking a Package

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

How to Modify/Cancel Your Order

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give our customer care team a call at 1-888-339-2987.

Can I place an order from outside the USA?

Life is Good has partnered with UPS and i-parcel for orders shipping outside of the United States. International shoppers now get the benefit of seeing product prices in their local currency, guaranteed order totals and cost-effective international shipping. You can use the flag icon at the top of the screen to select your destination country and local currency if it has not been done automatically.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Life is Good accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Pay Pal.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at 1-888-339-2987 for assistance.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Style points count. We offer beautiful gift boxes which you can add to any order at checkout. Currently, we are only able to provide gift boxes for complete orders. We cannot individually gift wrap items within an order. Complimentary gift tags are included with gift orders.

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses?

For APO/FPO orders, please call 888-339-2987.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If you need your order at your door by a specific date, please refer to the shipping methods below to find the appropriate option. Feel free to give us a call at 888-339-2987 if you would like some assistance. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Expedited shipping orders (Next Day and Two Day) if received by 2pm EST will ship out the same day. Expedited orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders with gift wrap may require an additional business day for processing. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

You’re detail-oriented. We like that. Fabric and materials information can be found with the product descriptions on the individual product pages. If you need more detailed information on a specific item, please contact us.

I’m looking for a Life is Good® product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?

At Life is Good®, we like to keep it fresh, and our collections are updated often to stay in-tune with the season. The dynamic nature of our product selection means that sometimes specific items can be difficult to track-down. reflects the most up-to-date availability of our products. If you do not see a product on our website, it is not available through us at the current time.

You may also use our Store Finder to search for stores in your area that retail Life is Good® merchandise.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please call customer service at 888-339-2987 for more details on a given product.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I make a return or an exchange?

This’ll be easy. Fill-out the returns and exchange form on the back portion of your packing slip and indicate what you are returning or exchanging. Please indicate if this order was a gift. If you do not have your packing slip, please call Customer Service at 1-888-339-2987.

To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form. To access your order number, simply log-in to your account.

Tear the form along the perforation and be sure to include it in your package. For your convenience, we have supplied a postage paid return label in with your original order. If you do not have the mailing label from the original packing slip, please use a signature required service such as FedEx or UPS to send your return back to us. Please do not use USPS. If you choose to use USPS, Life is Good® cannot guarantee delivery of your package. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping costs up front.

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

If you have a return label, simply follow the instructions on the label. If you receive a Life is Good® gift and do not have a packing slip or shipping label, just give us a call at 888-339-2987.

How long does it take to get a refund or an exchange?

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement. If you had an exchange order, you will receive a tracking number with the outbound shipment of the order.
