Do what you love, love what you do
Truth be told, we’re a motley crew (not the band, but we do love a good jam) of talented optimists who like to play as hard as we work. Interests include: tails & paws, bad singing, beer, endless snacks, spreading positivity however we can, and YOU. Swipe right (erm, I mean… scroll down) to learn more!
We loved our workplace so much, we couldn’t have just one. That’s why you can find one of our headquarters in Boston’s innovative Fort Point neighborhood and the other in scenic Hudson, NH.
No matter the location, you can look forward to our simple but competitive benefits. Among them include medical, dental, and vision plans; transit and parking reimbursement; 401 (k) with matching funds; and flexible time off.
The many workplace perks are nice — who wouldn’t love an on-site tavern or a free gym — but what we’re really passionate about is making optimism accessible to everyone. That’s why, no matter what your role, just by working here you’ll help fulfill our social mission. Ten percent of Life is Good’s annual net profits go towards our non-profit, The Life is Good Kids Foundation, which helps kids heal from various traumas. Learn more about it below!
Days of Gratitude
We like to spread holiday cheer a little differently. From Nov – Dec, each team gives the rest of the departments a little something to say “thank you.” It takes a village to raise a business!
It’s not your average company meeting. With an in-house band and games mixed in with real biz updates, these semi-annual team gatherings always surprise, inform, unite, and delight.
Life is Good Kids Foundation
Optimism is for everyone, which is why our Kids Foundation is dedicated to helping childcare providers spread the power of optimism to help kids heal from childhood trauma.
Life is Art
A signature event of the Life is Good Kids Foundation, Picassos and novices welcome—for one night we all get to be artists. This communal art auction with a homemade festive vibe brings the team and friends together over great casual food, music, and some friendly bidding. All proceeds go to the Life is Good Kids Foundation.
