At this time, we are unable to process orders from customers outside the United States and Canada, with the exception of the following Caribbean territories:

How to use your eGift Card

To use your eGift Card, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will see an area for a eGift Card code during the checkout process. Simply enter your eGift Card code and the remaining balance will be applied to your order. If your total order exceeds the eGift Card balance, you will be asked to enter your credit card information for the remaining balance. If your total order is less than the eGift Card balance, you will not be prompted for this information and your balance will be held for your next purchase. You can log in at anytime to check the balance of your eGift Card.

Setting up an account is fast and easy. It allows you to view your order history, get the status of a current order and track your order. Setting up an account also allows you to store your billing and shipping address, ensuring that your information is accessed quickly for you on future orders, and can be easily changed if needed.

Back-Ordered Merchandise 


All items shown on the web site are currently available. Some items may be missing sizes and this will be indicated when you choose the item. If a size is out of stock, you will not be able to select the sizes that are unavailable. At times, items sell very quickly and we may generate a back order. If this happens, you will be notified via email and you will be presented with a series of options. We will give you the date the item will be available and we will ask if you want to wait for the item. We can ship what is available and wait for the back-ordered item, we can issue a eGift Card for future use for that item, or we can issue back a credit to your credit card and close the back order. We will notify you within 48 hours of creating a back-ordered item.

Life is good® is committed to the privacy of our customers. We do not share customer information or provide lists to any third party vendors or associates. All information is kept private between our customers and Life is good®. 


So that we may better serve what interests our customers, Life is may send email notices periodically announcing new products, services or promotions. Our intention is to send emails about Life is good only to those who wish to receive them. Customers who join the mailing list will receive these emails. We provide clear instructions on how to unsubscribe with every email we send.


We may also use email to communicate with you regarding customer service issues such as your order receipt and tracking instructions or a possible back order. Recipients of our eGift Cards will receive an email of the eGift Card along with instruction on how to redeem it.

For your security and protection, Life is does not store any credit card information. During the checkout process, your card number is passed through a secure portal where the card information is encrypted for protection. Upon completion of the transaction, the information no longer resides in the database. However, we do store your first and last name, your email address and phone number, and your billing and shipping address.


We do not share any of your personal information with any outside third party affiliates or vendors of Life is good.
