Now Open - Playmaker University!

The inspiring new learning community for early childhood educators from the Playmaker Project - Playmaker University - is officially open. 

As the old song goes, “You’re Nobody ‘til Somebody Loves You.” Being loved is how young children form their identity. Healthy development is all about relationships. It’s that simple. The more healthy relationships a person has in early childhood, the more likely they will be to overcome adversity and thrive. Play is the single best way to build these relationships.

That is why we are excited to announce the opening of Playmaker University. Playmaker University is a certification program for Early Childhood Professionals that focuses exclusively on the art, soul, and science of building healing, life-changing relationships with children who have been deeply impacted by trauma.

By leveraging a combination of best-in-class online learning with our signature in-person workshops, we will be able to provide Playmakers with more training, resources, and support than ever before. This will enable us to double our Playmaker Network by 2027 and help over two million children annually.

Our first cohort of students will graduate from Playmaker University this coming June. We look forward to sharing more with you then.
