Returns and Exchanges

When you’re happy, we’re happy. Life is Good stands behind the quality of the products we sell and we truly hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your merchandise by following the steps below. You can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase.

1. Enter your sales order information below to locate the order you'd like to return.
2. Once on the order page, click on the return link for access to the returns and exchange form and the pre-paid UPS return label.
3. Print and fill out the return and exchange form and be sure to include the form in your package.
4. Affix the UPS return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at the nearest UPS shipping center.

Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.

No refunds will be given without a receipt.

Only items purchased through lifeisgood.com may be returned to our online warehouse.

Refunds are for merchandise values only.

Pre–paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only.

We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt.
