If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.

When you click the “start a return” button, follow the prompts to receive a FREE, printable, pre-paid USPS shipping label. Refunds are for merchandise values only and the credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Pre–paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only.
Love it, but need a different size, color or style? Simply utilize our free returns process and send the original item back for a credit and place a new order to purchase the replacement item.
In the event that you purchased an item that was on sale (and no longer is), and you wish to exchange it for a different color or size of the same item, or if we shipped the incorrect item (sorry!) please give us a call.
Click on the same “start a return” button above and click on the link for gift returns. You will be issued an eGift Card to LifeisGood.com for the value of the merchandise.

- Upon completion of the return, you will receive an email notification.
- Please allow a full billing cycle for credit to appear on your financial statement.
