Tracking a Package

Enjoy the ride every step of the way. After making your purchase, you will receive an email receipt and confirmation of your order. You can log-in to your account at any time to track your order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped. That shipping receipt will also contain the tracking number with a link to track your order.

How to Modify/Cancel Your Order

We all change our mind sometimes. If you've submitted an order online that hasn't shipped yet, and you wish to modify or cancel the order, please give our customer care team a call at 1-888-339-2987.

What forms of payment do you accept online?

Life is Good accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal and Apple Pay.

What if I do not receive my order?

If after tracking your order you are still unable to determine where your order is, please call us at 1-888-339-2987 for assistance.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Style points count. We offer beautiful gift boxes which you can add to any order at checkout. Currently, we are only able to provide gift boxes for complete orders. We cannot individually gift wrap items within an order.

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses? offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate shipping times to APO/FPO addresses. be sure to enter the APO or FPO information in the city field and the Armed Forces code in the State field of the shipping form.

Do you have a Group Sales Program?

Purchasing Life is Good® product for yourself is a great idea. Giving Life is Good product to a group is an even better one. Whether you’re outfitting your family for the reunion, motivating your employees, or gift giving at an event, Life is Good’s Group Sale Program is here to help you select the product(s) that best fit your needs.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

If you need your order at your door by a specific date, please refer to the shipping methods below to find the appropriate option. Feel free to give us a call at 888-339-2987 if you would like some assistance. Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays.) Expedited shipping orders (Next Day and Two Day) if received by 2pm EST will ship out the same day. Expedited orders received after 2pm EST will ship the next business day. Orders with gift wrap may require an additional business day for processing. All expedited orders require a street address (no PO Boxes).

I’m looking for a Life is Good® product that I don’t see on your website. Is there any way I can order it?

At Life is Good®, we like to keep it fresh, and our collections are updated often to stay in-tune with the season. The dynamic nature of our product selection means that sometimes specific items can be difficult to track-down. reflects the most up-to-date availability of our products. If you do not see a product on our website, it is not available through us at the current time.

You may also use our Store Finder to search for stores in your area that retail Life is Good® merchandise.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock. Can I order it and have it ship when it’s available again?

If the words “out of stock” appear next to the size selection of an item, the item is currently unavailable, and while we wish we had more to offer, there is no guarantee that product will be restocked. Please call customer service at 888-339-2987 for more details on a given product.

What is your return policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 60 days of your purchase. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in good condition.

How do I process a return?

Need to make a return? It is easy!

When you click the "start a return" button, follow the prompts to receive a FREE, printable, pre-paid USPS shipping label. Refunds are for merchandise value only (except in the case of gift returns- please see below). and the credit will be issued within 7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Pre-paid return label is valid for use for USA orders only.

If you have any further questions or experience difficulty retrieving your pre-paid return label, please contact our Customer Care team.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

Simply go to the returns page and click on the "start a return" button. Click on the link for gift returns. You will be issued an eGift card to for the value of the merchandise.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Credits will be issued within 7 business days of receipt.
