Playmaker University is an inspiring learning community for early childhood educators and care professionals that provides the additional knowledge, tools, and ongoing support needed to build healing, life-changing relationships with the most vulnerable children in your care. We offer a certificate program, continuing education, and a supportive alumni community.

Our Playmaker University certificate program is packed with new research based, trauma informed, and play focused content. It is designed to support NAEYC program standards, fulfill professional development requirements for Diverse Learning, and reduce burnout.

A Learning Journey Flexible to Your Needs

In our signature virtual certificate program, all coursework is self-paced following the 1-hour live kick-off session and can be done anytime, anywhere (pajamas welcome!). In order to graduate, you'll complete 10 courses (1-2 hours each) and a final assignment.

Who should enroll?

Playmaker University content is designed primarily for professionals who work with children under the age of 10 (early childhood through elementary school ages). Practitioners who work with children outside of this age range are welcome, too, as long as they accept the early childhood focus or training takes and choose to adapt the Playmaker framework to their own work.
