In need of a little fuel for your day? The Life is good Playmakers always have a great story to share. It might be just what you need.
Laura Ziegler is the Lead Teacher at South Shore Early Education in Plymouth, MA. In a recent Playmaker Fuel story she shared the story of one of her students who recently made a major breakthrough. This particular student had needs in the area of speech and language and was always reluctant to participate in class.
After a few weeks of playing a game called “News Ball”, Erica slowly started to show improvement in her speech until one day she spoke up. She whispered in Ziegler’s ear, requesting a chance to share a bit of news with the class. She then shared that she had seen a baby while shopping with her foster mom.
