My course progress is not saving. What can I do?
Sometimes, the platform is finicky about saving progress. We have found the best way to ensure your progress saves is to use Google Chrome browser and exit the course from the top right "close" button.
If you completed a course and your progress did not save, you are welcome to email support@playmakerproject.org and let us know. We can push you forward.
Ensure you exit the course from the "close" button in the top right corner of the screen.
How do I sign up for a Learning Lab?
Learning labs will be available once you complete your Kick-off and Introduction to Playmaking courses. From the homepage, click the "Sign Up for a Playmaker Learning Lab." Then click on the learning lab you'd like to attend. A small square should appear with more details. Click the green learning lab title, which should be something like "Sept 7, 2023 at 7 PM ET Playmaker Learning Lab." You will see a big Enroll button on the right and "Select session" dropdown. Click the dropdown and then the session. The session should populate in the box. Then click enroll.
I submitted my final assignment. When should I hear back?
Way to go! If you want to confirm that your assignment was submitted, click on the final assignment course. You should be able to see that your assignment was submitted. We review each assignment carefully, so it can take as long as ten business days for your assignment to be reviewed. Once your assignment has been reviewed, you will receive an email letting you know you're ready to move to the next step!

When do I need to complete everything to be able to graduate?
We are so excited to have you join our next graduation. You will want to complete all of the coursework three weeks before graduation. If now is not the right time to graduate, that's okay. Your course progress will be saved and you can join our next graduation. Please note: If you have a scholarship, you may only roll over 1x for graduation. You will lose your scholarship and need to re-apply if you cannot graduate within 6 months. Your progress will be saved in the system. We simply need to make sure that our limited scholarships are being used by those who will complete the program.

Are there scholarships available?
We do everything we can to ensure that cost is not a barrier. Scholarships are available through the generous support of Life is Good, our Playmaker Project donors, and Playmakers like you. The scholarship application can be found as part of the general application. Please note that priority is given to full-time early childhood professionals working with the most vulnerable populations.
How do I bring the Playmaker Project to my school or organization?
If your school or organization has a cohort of at least 40 or more staff members and you are interested in having us provide professional development, please fill out our Playmaker Partner Inquiry Form. If you are looking for more information to send to your colleague who provides professional development, check out our webpage here. If you have less than 40 staff members, your staff can apply directly to Playmaker University through our signup form on our website.
After I graduate from Playmaker University, what do I get?
Aside from joining our amazing community of 16,000+ Playmakers, you will gain access to more learning, tools, and exclusive Playmaker events through our Alumni Portal. As part of our graduation ceremony, you will receive a "cap and gown" (a.k.a. exclusive Life is Good hat and tee shirt!) along with your Playmaker University Diploma.
