By: Life is Good

When the weather’s warm, there’s nothing like spending an evening outside grilling a simple, delicious steak dinner. INGREDIENTS:

  • Sirloin steak tips, or make it vegan with Portabellos, tofu or cauliflower steaks
  • Flavorless oil, like canola
  • Pinot Noir or your favorite red wine
  • Kosher salt
  • Syrian pepper (or allspice)
  • Seasonal Veggies
  • Kosher salt
  • Cracked black pepper
  • Smashed fresh garlic cloves
  • Extra virgin olive oil

STEPS:

  1. Heat your grill on high heat.
  2. Grill your steak tips and veggies over high heat, using a basket for your veggies.
  3. Remove the steak from the grill when it’s cooked to your preferred temperature. You’ll know your veggies are done when they are soft but still hold their shape.
  4. Enjoy around the table with family and friends!
